Lone Star 21, Washington 12

Lone Star 21, Washington 12

Lone Star Glory (1–1) lead after every quarter and defeat Washington Panic (0–2) 21–12 to close the January 13 FFL fixture. Washington’s Smiley #9 scores both Panic touchdowns and records 32 named net field spaces, but the Glory’s three touchdowns prove enough.

Lone Star goes ahead 6–0 in the first quarter. Washington levels at 6–6 in the second before another Glory touchdown restores the lead; Lone Star is ahead 12–6 at halftime. A third-quarter touchdown and Spears #3’ three-point conversion stretch it to 21–6. Smiley’s fourth-quarter touchdown reduces the margin to nine.

Bradshaw #83 records a sack and a takeaway for Lone Star. The Glory finish with two team takeaways; only Bradshaw’s is explicitly attributed to a named player. Lone Star’s touchdowns remain team credits where the resolutions do not name a scorer. Washington receives no conversion points.
